When the storm strikes, be prepared. Download policyholder information through My Universal.
If your office loses electricity, you'll need a printed list of your Universal policyholders and their contact information. To obtain this, simply log into our website with your username and password at www.UniversalNorthAmerica.com. Click on the "My Universal" tab at the top. On the Policy Search Tab, click "Search." It is not necessary to enter any search criteria. You will be provided a listing of your Universal customers, which you may export as a Microsoft Excel file by clicking on "Create Export File" then "Download Export File" displayed just above the search results.
